Description
My last assignment for my concept and imaging class that I shared with ~DaughterInumi We had to do an environment that had at least 3 intersection points with nature or something as well as some detail as to who kind of people lived there.
This one gave me a whole lot less stress than my last assignment (the creature) but I was still panicy over it. First time we all turned in our sketches they were crap. Man the perspective was so off, it wasn't even funny (which I am terrible at anyways but WOAH.) Then when I submitted "the final" it was so bland and wonky in bits, omgsh. SO. This is my FINAL FINAL revised version. I got my teacher to come over and SHOW me how to improve it. I heavily reference what he did and took some inspiration.
And no, that's an old rope swing, not a noose. The post is for an old mail box as well. My idea was for a nice country cottage perhaps in Ireland but then it became abandoned (boo hoo). So it is what it is here!
Just glad this class is over. I am sort of morbidly fond of this piece though it could be better. But let things lie, this helped me to pass the class so I'M HAPPY! (Overall I hate doing environments. I'm so out of my element and I just don't enjoy doing them.)

Like I said before, I really love how this came out. Your digital coloring skills have really improved and it's evident in this piece. Love the shading and how soft everything looks! It just has that nice cozy look to it.
